Lol, "fancy"? Care to explain? x] | Anyways, how are you doing?

Well, they always look like they’re dressed as if they’re about to go to a fancy party, with their black and white “outfits”.

I’m also doing good - how about you?

Hi Nicky! Penguin (Pengwen ;D)

Gwen, hey!

Alright.

Zoo, Tumblr, Love, Cold, Fancy.

Hey, Trent - I’m totally stealing your idea!

Hope you don’t mind.

Basically, leave me something in my inbox - a word, a place, a name - and I’ll tell you the first five things that come into my mind when I hear it. Possibly with explanations.

Leave your messages here!

Life sucks. Do you agree with this statement? Why or why not?

Anonymous

I totally disagree, Anon. I think it’s true that sometimes things occur that “suck”, to use your term, and I think that sometimes life is unfair and cruel things happen to the wrong people.

But life itself is a good thing, really. It’s just what happens along the way that causes all the problems.

talktosantanalopez replied to your post: Are you religious?

You think something that’s already been around for thousands of years is just going to die out?

Absolutely. I mean, monarchy’s have been around for thousands of years, and the world is slowly getting rid of those as well. Old religions have already pretty much died out. It’s seriously only a matter of time by this point.

Not ALL Christians are intolerant. That is a huge sweeping statement and I find it completely offensive. Don't lump open minded Christians in with the people who judge others.

Anonymous

I know that not all Christians are intolerant. I know many who are actually quite sensible and intelligent people. But I was asked a general question and I responded in a general way - be assured that if you’re a decent human being, I’m not going to judge you for your beliefs, and that the things I’ve said generally don’t apply to you.

I think I’m blushing! You’re pretty amazing too, you know.

Thanks, Blaine.

Just remember this, if Christians are wrong, they ultimately lose nothing. If you are wrong and a God does exist, you would spend eternity in Hell.

Anonymous

If Christians are wrong, they spent their lives being intolerant and wasting their time praying to an imaginary friend in heaven.

If Atheists are wrong, then Jesus died for our sins and we’re all going to heaven anyways. Besides, you’d think that a kind and just God judges people for their actions in life, and not whether or not they believed in him, huh?

There are several other flaws in your argument, of course - how do you know that you believe in the right God, for example? Maybe the Muslims are right - then you’re most definitely going to hell for being a Christian.

Besides, believing not because you believe but purely because you’re afraid of going to hell? Probably not something any God would appreciate.

Have you ever had a crush on Blaine?

Anonymous

I am heterosexual, anon - doesn’t mean that I will always be, but it means that so far I have not had a crush on any boy, no matter how brilliant.

Honestly, though? I can see why you’d think that. I had a bit of a hero-worship thing going on with Blaine last year, I’ll admit it. But I think there’s a huge difference between wanting to date somebody and kind of wanting to be them.

And can you really blame me? He joined Dalton and wrapped everybody around his little finger in 5 seconds flat; he’s kind and fun and intelligent and has one of the best voices I’ve personally ever heard in my life. I think most of us were a bit starstruck for a while.

You are entitled to your opinion, but to basically insinuate that someone is stupid for believing is very closed minded. You are being just as closed minded as people who shove their beliefs in peoples faces. Not all Christians are like that. Some people take comfort in their beliefs, and you shouldn't put them down and call their beliefs rubbish. ALL people should respect others- Christians and Atheists alike.

Anonymous

With all due respect, anon, I absolutely disagree.

Don’t get me wrong, I totally think that people should be allowed to believe in whatever they want - but the sad truth is that very few people actually keep their beliefs private. It’s just somehow more accepted to be openly religious than openly atheist.

I don’t think you’re stupid for believing in God - I think you’re stupid for believing in God to an extent where you can willfully ignore scientific advances. I can’t argue with somebody who believes that a God exists, because I can’t prove that he doesn’t. I can however argue with somebody who believes in Creationism, or with somebody who quotes the Bible and uses it to justify their belief. If you tell me that you believe that a God has engineered Evolution etc., then I can respect that - I don’t think you’re right, but I can’t prove you wrong either.

The idea that atheists and christians should all respect each other is right, however. I’ll give you that.
